Tap into your family’s creativity and build your own scarecrow at North Park during Pumpkin Fest! Park District staff will display your scarecrow along the path at North Park. (Please be sure your family name is clearly visible on the back of your scarecrow.) Judges will select the top three decorated scarecrows in categories like “Best Youth Group” and “People’s Choice.”
