Travel with us to Heinz Orchard in Lake County to go apple pickin’. Heinz Orchard grows McIntosh, Jonathan, Empire, and Red and Golden Delicious apples. Fee includes transportation; please bring money (cash only) for apples. This is a cooperative trip with the Park Ridge Park District. Half a peck (6 lbs of apples) is $8 and a whole peck (12 lbs) is $15.
