Dance Barre

AGE: 15 & Older

This new class is designed to define, tone and sculpture your body using a traditional ballet barre. The workout combines yoga, pilates, and ballet inspired moves, conditioning your entire body. You will work to improve your posture, target different muscle groups, and increase your flexibility. No prior experience necessary.

Hip Hop Cardio

This high-energy cardio class mixes current sounds in hip-hop, R&B and pop music with dance-like movements. Each movement focuses in different muscle groups and unique ways to get your groovin’ and movin’. You’ll be burning calories and having fun at this fitness party!

Zumba

Zumba uses captivating Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun, fast-paced fitness program that melts away stress. The one-hour class features routines with interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Total Body Fitness

Looking for variety in your workout? Each week we learn a different routine starting with a warm-up followed by hi-low aerobics, step or interval training. A wide selection of music is used to keep the workouts fun and exciting. Please bring an exercise mat, weights and water bottle.
