Upon further investigation of the Ice Arena fire, smoke damage was found throughout the entire facility. All of those areas have to be thoroughly cleaned. For the safety and welfare of all patrons of the facility, the Ice Arena will remain closed through our normal shut down period and will resume operation September 4.
We are in the process of facilitating the logistics of programs and classes. Program rescheduling, relocation or refund information will soon be communicated to you directly regarding individual programs. Rentals that are booked are cancelled and refunds/credits will be given.
Registration for all Park District Programs will take place at North Park,10040 Addison Avenue, Franklin Park until further notice.
