The Park District of Franklin Park is transitioning to a new registration software, ACTIVENet. The previous software, MaxGalaxy, will no longer be operated by ACTIVE due to Microsoft’s plan to stop supporting Silverlight. The Park District starts operating ACTIVENet on November 8.
Park District staff has trained and prepared the system for transition. ACTIVENet offers an improved customer experience, which includes the ability to view facility information, see class schedules, book classes, facility reservations and view updates. Similar to MaxGalaxy you can create a household account listing all family members.
All new participants and members need to create an account on ACTIVENet to register for programs, make reservations or purchase a membership. Existing MaxGalaxy accounts were converted into the new system. However, you need go online and activate your account via a password reset. To create or activate your account, visit here.
