Join this outdoor, high-energy cardio class that mixes current sounds in hip-hop, R&B and pop music. Each movement focuses in different muscle groups and unique ways to get you groovin’ and movin’. You’ll be burning calories and having fun at this socially distanced fitness party!

Zumba

Zumba uses captivating Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun, fast paced fitness program that melts away stress. The one-hour class features routines with interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Total Body Fitness

AGE: 15 & Older

This class features a variety of formats focusing on cardio, muscle toning and strengthening. Cardio consists of low impact easy to follow choreography. (A step may be used in some choreography, but not necessary.) You work at your own level and choose your intensity. Enjoy a variety of music and a relaxing stretch ends the class. Please bring a mat, 3-5 weights and a water bottle.

Essentrics is a dynamic, full-body workout that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening. This low-impact, equipment-free workout is perfect for men and women and will leave you feeling energized, youthful and healthy. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a mat or towel.

Dance Fitness

AGE: 15 & Older

This class is designed to define, tone, and sculpt your body using different styles of dance including ballet (barre), jazz and yoga. This socially distanced workout combines Yoga, Pilates and Ballet inspired moves. You will work to improve your posture, target different muscle groups, and increase flexibility. No prior experience necessary.
