Zumba uses captivating Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun, fast paced fitness program that melts away stress. The one-hour class features routines with interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Step/Floor

Get moving with this low impact, easy to follow, step aerobic class. Motivating music and various routines are combined differently each week. Please bring an exercise mat and energy!

Total Body Fitness

AGE: 15 & Older

This class features a variety of formats focusing on cardio, muscle toning and strengthening. Cardio consists of low impact easy to follow choreography. (A step may be used in some choreography, but not necessary.) You work at your own level and choose your intensity. Enjoy a variety of music and a relaxing stretch ends the class. Please bring a mat, 3-5 weights and a water bottle.
