Dance Barre

AGE: 15 & Older

This class is designed to define, tone, and sculpt your body using a traditional ballet barre. The workout combines Yoga, Pilates and Ballet inspired moves, conditioning your entire body. You will work to improve your posture, target different muscle groups, and increase you flexibility. No prior experience necessary.

Hip Hop Cardio

This high-energy cardio class mixes current sounds in hip-hop, R&B and pop music with dance-like movements. Each movement focuses in different muscle groups and unique ways to get you groovin’ and movin’. You’ll be burning calories and having fun at this fitness party!

Zumba

Zumba uses captivating Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun, fast paced fitness program that melts away stress. The one-hour class features routines with interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Total Body Fitness

This class features a variety of formats focusing on cardio, muscle toning and strengthening. Cardio consists of low impact easy to follow choreography. (A step may be used in some choreography, but not necessary.) You work at your own level and choose your intensity. Enjoy a variety of music and a relaxing stretch ends the class. Please bring a mat, 3-5 weights and a water bottle.
